FINAL SHOWDOWN AT NASSCO SAFARI ON SUNDAY

  All the key players battling for supremacy in the Barbados Rally Club’s (BRC) WTI MudDogs Safari Championship and Chefette MudDogs Safari Novice Championship are entered for Sunday’s (October 16) Nassco October Safari, so a thrilling climax to the season is in prospect.   With three new names on the entry list, to add to those who have already competed this year, the BRC’s off-road arm is also celebrating another successful season. FINAL SHOWDOWN AT NASSCO OCTOBER SAFARI

  The season-long battle for supremacy in the 2011 WTI MudDogs Safari Championship and the Chefette MudDogs Safari Novice Championship reaches its conclusion on Sunday, October 16, with the Nassco October Safari, the fifth and final event of the year.   In calculating the final positions, crews will drop their worst score, if they have participated in all five events, which makes for interesting reading coming into the final showdown.

REGIONAL FIRE & SECURITY SAFARI MAKES A SPLASH

Chris Armstrong and Wayne Clarke defeated the opposition - and the elements - to win last Sunday’s (September 11) Regional Fire & Security September Safari. Thanks to the recent heavy rains, round four of the Barbados Rally Club’s (BRC) MudDogs Safari Championship and Chefette MudDogs Safari Novice Championship was the wettest event in recent memory.

REGIONAL FIRE & SECURITY SAFARI RUNS OFF SUNDAY

  Twenty-three crews have been confirmed for Sunday’s (September 11) Regional Fire & Security September Safari, round four of the Barbados Rally Club’s (BRC) WTI MudDogs Safari Championship and Chefette MudDogs Safari Novice Championship. With recent weather patterns promising ideal conditions for the BRC’s MudDogs arm, a day of good competition is in prospect.   With crews who participate in all five Championship rounds required to drop their worst score at the end of the season, Sunday’s event could be crucial, with just the Nassco October Safari to come before the final reckoning.

CREWS READY FOR REGIONAL FIRE & SECURITY SAFARI

Recent weather patterns and those predicted for the coming weeks promise to provide ideal conditions for the Regional Fire & Security September Safari, the next round of the 2011 WTI MudDogs Safari Championship and the Chefette MudDogs Safari Novice Championship, which will be contested on Sunday, September 11.

WTI TO SPONSOR 2011 MUDDOGS CHAMPIONSHIP

  The Barbados Rally Club (BRC) confirmed today (April 11) that Williams Trading Inc is the new title sponsor of its 2011 MudDogs Safari Championship, in a technical partnership, which highlights the capabilities of WTI’s production and creative team. The five-round championship is already under way – it opened with the ARMAG March Safari - and continues this Saturday (April 16) with the Chefette April Safari.

ARMAG MARCH SAFARI MAKES RALLY CLUB HISTORY

Barbados Rally Club (BRC) history was made last Saturday (March 5), when all three crews which finished on the podium of the ARMAG March Safari, opening round of the BRC Mud Dogs Safari Championship, included female competitors. Winners Leslie and Anna-Lee Alleyne led home Brett and Biddy Barber, with reigning Ladies Champion Renata Roett navigating Edson Arthur to third.

ARMAG MARCH SAFARI LAUNCHES 2011 SEASON

The Barbados Rally Club’s (BRC) Mud Dogs Safari Championship gets under way with the ARMAG March Safari on Saturday (March 5) - reigning Driver’s Champion Dustin Edwards starts the defence of his title on the event he won last year, although he begins the new season with a change of navigator, to Stephen Dear, who finished third in last year’s ARMAG March Safari with Dominic Brooker.

NOVICES SINCKLER AND MURRELL WIN NASSCO SAFARI

Edwards and Corbin are 2010 Mud Dogs Champions The final round of the Barbados Rally Club’s (BRC) Mud Dogs Safari Championship – the Nassco October Safari – brought the season to a successful conclusion last Sunday (October 17) as “surprised” Novices Adrian Sinckler and Andre Murrell (Suzuki Samurai) became the fifth different winning crew in as many events.
