Rising young stars from regional karting clubs will converge on Bushy Park Barbados next month for the Barbados Motoring Federation (BMF) OK-J Development Series Nations Cup. The three-day meeting, organised by the Barbados Karting Association (BKA), will run from Friday to Sunday, August 15-17.

From grass roots karting in January through world-class rallying in June to international circuit racing in December, the season offers plenty for the island’s ever-growing competitor and fan base to enjoy.

After seven weeks away from the track, drivers in the Sectus Technologies Barbados Karting Association (BKA) Championship are eager to return to Bushy Park Barbados this Sunday (August 11) to start the second half of their season. Mayers retains BKA lead but margins are reduced

Jacob Mayers has halved his cousin Zak’s lead in the Sectus Technologies Barbados Karting Association (BKA) Championship after Sunday’s (June 23) fifth round at Bushy Park Barbados. Three wins have cut Zak’s cushion in the Easykart 100cc from 47 to 25 points, while Calem Maloney’s four wins in Easykart 125cc have brought him to within six points of second-placed Jacob in the overall standings.
